Why are some brands not available to be purchased online?

Some supplement companies strictly regulate online sales, and restrict their product distribution to select premier retailers. They often do not allow online sales other than their home websites. Nutrition Authority is honored to be considered a premier retailer and carries many brands that are not to be sold online. For those brands we are happy to mail them out to you, but simply ask that you text/call/email/message us and we will take your order in that fashion to honor our agreements with these select companies.   

When will my order ship, or be delivered?

All orders placed before 6 p.m. (EST) on business days are fulfilled and shipped on the day of purchase, and all orders placed after this time are shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including observed holidays. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will likely ship out on the subsequent Monday.

Orders placed and designated for delivery will be delivered before the end of the next business day. This is dependent upon staff and availability to deliver in that timeframe. Our goal is to be expedient with our service, so if we are unable to deliver in a timely fashion, we will ship to you and notify you via email or text that your order is being shipped vs delivered. 

How can I track my order shipment?

If you did not receive a shipment confirmation email with shipment tracking info within 24 hours of placing your order(except for weekends), please check your Junk/ Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your Inbox. What method is used for shipping?

We will ship to you via USPS. We will send tracking information out via email once package has been shipped.

What if I didn't receive an email confirmation for my order?

If you did not receive an email confirmation for your order it most likely means that either your order did not go through, or you may have mis-entered your email address. Please contact us at to verify the status of your order and we will respond to you promptly.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we are happy to ship shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
