Refund policy

At Nutrition Authority, we want you to shop with confidence. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of many of the products we sell, we have established the following return policy.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Opened, used, or tampered-with products are not eligible for return.

Return Window

For online orders, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

For in-store purchases, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take extra precautions while packaging orders to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged while in transit. We fully understand your frustration, and we will do everything in our power to replace the damaged product(s) promptly.
 
Please note: If any items arrive damaged or defective, please take pictures immediately and do not dispose of the items or the packing until you've had a chance to speak with customer service. You will be asked to submit photographs of the damaged item(s)/packing material.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any original shipping charges, which are non-refundable. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
