All orders placed before 6 p.m. (EST) on business days are attempted to be fulfilled and shipped on the day of purchase, and all orders placed after this time are shipped on the next business day.
If an order is placed before 6 p.m and not shipped out the same day, it will be shipped out the next business day.
Business days are Monday-Friday, not including observed holidays. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will likely ship out on the subsequent Monday.

Customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from Nutrition Authority within 30 days. When unopened and accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. The 30 day period is defined differently for in-store and online purchases. The 30-day return policy for online purchases means you have 30 days after receiving your item. The 30 day return policy for in-store purchases is 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
