If an order is placed before 6 p.m and not shipped out the same day, it will be shipped out the next business day.
Business days are Monday-Friday, not including observed holidays. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will likely ship out on the subsequent Monday.

When unopened and accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. If already opened and with a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days.
The 30 day period is defined differently for in-store and online purchases. The 30-day return policy for online purchases means you have 30 days after receiving your item. The 30 day return policy for in-store purchases is 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
