When unopened and accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. The 30 day period is defined differently for in-store and online purchases. The 30-day return policy for online purchases means you have 30 days after receiving your item. The 30 day return policy for in-store purchases is 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
