All orders placed before 6 p.m. (EST) on business days are attempted to be fulfilled and shipped on the day of purchase, and all orders placed after this time are shipped on the next business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday, not including observed holidays. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will likely ship out on the subsequent Monday.

When unopened and accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. If already opened and with a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days.
The 30 day period is defined differently for in-store and online purchases. The 30-day return policy for online purchases means you have 30 days after receiving your item. The 30 day return policy for in-store purchases is 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
